Batteries release ‘Human Requirements’ from their self-titled album (7th August) on 11th September. Batteries is the debut from bis’ Sci-Fi Steven. The track will be available as a double AA side single with the song ‘Softhead’, a new recording exclusive to this 7” and download.

Deafheaven release their new album, New Bermuda, via ANTI- on 2nd October.

They play ArcTanGent, Bristol on 22nd August and Scala, London two days later.

The Chills (pictured) return after 19 years with a new album, Silver Bullets, via Fire Records (30th October).

Night School / Sacred Bones will re-issue Cut With The Cake Knife, the debut album from Rose McDowall. The original 2004 nine track album featured material recorded in the late 1980s and will be enhanced by two bonus cuts plus new sleeve notes and new photographs.

Bikini Kill re-issue their 1991 cassette Revolution Girl Style Now on vinyl and CD for the first time on 22nd September. A replica tape will also be available from their website. The reissue features three previously unreleased tracks: ‘Ocean Song’, ‘Just Once’ and ‘Playground’.

!!! return on 16th October with As If, the band’s sixth studio album, via Warp Records. European tour dates will be announced shortly.
